How long has Cyber Whale been around?
Cyber Whale was founded in 2017 and incorporated as Cyber Whale SRL in 2018. We are a resident of the IT Park of Moldova.

Do you only build new systems, or maintain existing ones?
Both. We deliver greenfield projects, migrate legacy systems, and stay on as long-term partners for ongoing engineering, on-call, and BI reporting.
How do you handle AI transparency?
Our code of conduct requires us to disclose AI assistance to clients — content generation, coding, or management. We document where AI contributed and how the result was reviewed.
What is the unified 7% tax rate?
As residents of the IT Park of Moldova, we operate under the unified 7% sales tax regime (VAT not included). Employees benefit from 0% salary, medical, and social taxes — all included in the 7% rate.
